  • 300 ml condensed milk
  • 2 cups evaporated milk or fresh milk

Instructions :

  1. Prepare the Jelly:

    • In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Bring to a boil.
    • Remove from heat and stir in the jelly powder until dissolved.
    • Pour the jelly mixture into a large bowl or baking dish.
    • Refrigerate until completely set.
