Ingredients :

  • 1 package Stovetop stuffing mix (any flavor you prefer)
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

Instructions :

 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F .
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, mix eggs and water until well combined.
  3. 3. Add stuffing mix, 1/4 ketchup, and beef. Use your hands to combine.
  4. 4. Grease a 9×13 baking pan. Alternatively, you can shape the meatloaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. 5. Transfer the meatloaf mixture to the prepared pan or shape it into a loaf shape on the baking sheet.
  6. 6. Spread remaining 1/4 ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
  7. 7. Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for about 1 hr, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) on a meat thermometer.
  8. 8. Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
  9. Serve the meatloaf with additional ketchup or your preferred sauce, and pair it with your favorite sides like mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.
