Keto Chicken Tenderloin Recipe

This is one of my family’s favorite meals, and folks, it’s just too easy! Like most keto and low-carb recipes, it contains the basics. You’ll need frozen tenderloins, a bottle of Olive Garden Italian dressing, Himalayan salt, 8 oz. of cream cheese (cut into pieces), and a handful of grated Parmesan cheese. Simply dump everything into your slow cooker, and cook it for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low. Even my family members who don’t follow keto love having this over white sticky rice. I’m all about five ingredients or less in most of my recipes, so this one fits right in. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

Frozen chicken tenderloins
Bottle of Olive Garden Italian dressing
Himalayan salt
8 oz. cream cheese, cut up
Handful of grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to your slow cooker.
2. Set the slow cooker to high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
3. Serve with white sticky rice for your non-keto family members or enjoy it as a perfect keto dish.
