Here’s a simple and delicious banana loaf recipe that I recently tried, and it turned out great!
Ingredients:
4 bananas
2 standard measuring cups of self-raising flour
1 can of caramel condensed milk
A handful of Reese’s miniature cups
Method:
1. Mash the bananas, add the caramel condensed milk, and mix in the flour – that’s it.
2. Grease a standard round cake tin – mine is 8” x 1.5” – and line it with greaseproof paper.
3. Pour the mixture into the tin.
4. Place some loose tin foil balls in the base of the slow cooker, and set the cake tin on top.
5. Cover the top with a cloth, place the lid on, and leave it to cook for 2 hours on high.
6. After 2 hours, take off the lid to check it.
7. Put the cloth and lid back on and cook for another 1.5 hours on low.
