Ingredients:

  1.   3-pound chuck roast
  2.  1-ounce packet of dry ranch seasoning mix
  3.   1-ounce packet of dry au jus gravy mix
  4.  6 tbsp unsalted butter
  5.  1/4 cup water
  6. 5-6 pepperoncini peppers

Instructions:

  • Prepare the Slow Cooker: Pour 1/4 cup of water into the base of your slow cooker, then place the chuck roast inside.
  • Season the Roas: Sprinkle the dry ranch seasoning mix evenly over the roast, followed by the dry au jus gravy mix.
  • Add Butter and Peppers: Place 6 tablespoons of unsalted butter on top of the roast, and arrange 5-6 pepperoncini peppers around it.
  • Cook Low and Slow: Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, allowing the roast to become tender and full of flavor.
