Stir-fried Potatoes with Beef

This hearty recipe features tender beef simmered with potatoes, carrots, and tomatoes in a flavorful broth. Simply cook the beef, sauté the vegetables, and combine everything with spices and thyme for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

  1. Beef
  2. Potatoes
  3. Carrot
  4. Persil
  5. Ail
  6. Bolllon of your choice
  7. Onion
  8. Tomato
  9. Tomato concentrate
  10. Thym

Preparation:

  • Peel the apples and boil them for 5 minutes and remove the water from the potatoes and set aside
  • Arrange the carrots and cut up
